  1. I agree that it is time to make the Regional Center program permanent. Such a move is LONG OVERDUE! I have written to my Congressional Representatives in support of making it permanent. Twenty years is far too long to call anything a “Pilot Program”. IF it were not worth having at all we would know it by now and that is not the case. I beg Congress to stop playing politics with this and do the right thing for the sake of the economy and for job creation for U.S. workers. I urge Congress to direct USCIS to make it more workable through updated regulations and to give the agency the leeway to tweak the program to make it be in tune with reality.

      Great post….I do believe the program should be made permanent, but it needs minor changes. Joe what are your thoughts on the below items;
      - make the investment the same across the line EB-5 Direct/Regional Center, or
      - Minimum Investment 750K non TEA’s.
      - USCIS Random Compliance Audit’s on the health of Regional Center?
